The Magic Show

The entertainment starts as soon as I walk in the door where I will set up a bubble machine for the kids to play with bubbles while I set up the show. 


The birthday child will get a magic show bag to keep as a gift from me to them including a magic wand, sticky hand, bubbles and some stickers. 


The show was specifically designed to keep kids aged between 4-8 entertained, engaged, amazed & laughing out loud! I use lots of audience participation, because kids don’t want to sit & watch the show, they want to be a part of the show!
 

Of course, the birthday child will get to help make some magic too! In fact,
the birthday child will become the star of the show. They will help out at the beginning & the magic words used throughout the performance will be "happy birthday (child's name), so that they feel they are the centre of attention the entire time. 

 

The show includes magic with ropes, balloons, rings, magic wands and water! 

 

This isn't your typical birthday magic show... I use music & sound effects
during the show & I even bring a pop-up backdrop that looks like a stage.

FAQ

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED? Not much at all! I like to have a 2 metres x 2 metres of performance area. It's best to have the children sitting on the floor 1 metre in front of me. I have never been in a place where I couldn’t perform due to space constraints. I’m very flexible and easy to work with!

DO YOU PERFORM FOR OUT OF HOME PARTIES? Absolutely! I have performed at community halls, restaurants, parks and many other public locations. Once the booking has been confirmed, I will get in contact with the venue staff (if applicable) and will organise a car park for myself close to the entry point to help with loading and unloading my equipment for the show.

CAN YOU PERFORM OUTSIDE? YES! I can make my show work wherever you like however due to some weather conditions such as heat, rain and wind, it's always safest to have my show indoors for both myself and your guests!

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP AND PACK UP? I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the agreed starting show time to set up my equipment. After the show is complete, it will take me 5-10 minutes to back down my equipment depending on which package is purchased.

DO YOU PERFORM OUTSIDE OF MELBOURNE? Yes! I have travelled to many places outside of Melbourne including Mildura! Please note travel fees may apply.

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ANYTHING? Nope! My show is completely self contained, this way you can just enjoy the party yourself! I bring a pop-up backdrop, my own table, a battery powered speaker with a wireless microphone & of course all my props & supplies.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE INVITE? You can invite as many guests as you like! The more people watching my show, the better! Please keep in mind the spacing I require to perform as well as the spacing requiring for the kids to sit and watch the show as well as the adults to stand and watch.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes, unfortunately as I can get very busy, I do require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? The deposit must be paid via EFT, the remaining balance can either be paid with cash on the day or EFT up to seven (7) days after the event.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Since I may turn away other potential customers while holding your event date & time, cancellations for any reason will forfeit the deposit. In the event that you need to cancel your party, I'm happy to offer you the opportunity to reschedule it once. The rescheduled date must occur within 365 days of the originally booked date & the deposit will be applied to the new booking. If you choose not to reschedule your booking, you would simply forfeit your deposit. There are no cancellation fees.

DO YOU OFFER BALLOONS TWISTING! Absolutely! If you opt to include balloon twisting in your package, I will conclude my performance by creating all the children at the party one balloon animal / creation. Unfortunately I am unable to make more than one balloon per child. Please note that all balloon twisting packages will occur after the magic show as the balloons can cause a distraction during the magic show and lose the attention of the kids.
